Without written authorization, it is forbidden to:

• Publish novels, short stories, comics, or video games using the AzNameh universe;
• Produce audiovisual adaptations (films, series, animations);
• Create merchandise lines (figurines, board games, clothing, etc.) inspired by AzNameh;
• Register trademarks or domain names based on AzNameh elements.

Maison Artystone reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized exploitation.

6. Books, Editions and Archive Edition

The Books page and the Archive Edition product page present different editions and formats of AzNameh.

• All standard editions, fine‑press editions, and special editions of AzNameh remain the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Artystone and Nasser Hadjloo;
• The Archive Edition and any future limited editions are collectible manifestations of the AzNameh work and do not transfer any copyright or trademark rights to the purchaser;
• Ownership of a physical copy (book, print, or merchandise) does not grant any rights to reproduce, adapt, translate, or exploit the underlying AzNameh intellectual property.

Purchasers acquire the physical product and the right to enjoy it for personal use only. All intellectual property rights remain with Maison Artystone and Nasser Hadjloo.

Purchasing such a tier grants only a personal naming privilege (the right to propose or choose a name) and does not grant any intellectual property rights over:

• The AzNameh universe, stories, or any derivative works.

All rights in and to the chosen names, the underlying characters and elements, and the AzNameh universe remain the exclusive property of Maison Artystone and Nasser Hadjloo. Naming tiers do not create co‑authorship, joint ownership, or any form of shared intellectual property.
